Signing in
You don't need an account to play. The app opens as a guest: Solo, the stories and any game played on one phone work straight away, and you can buy and restore in the Library. Sign in with an email and password, with Google, or (on iOS) with Apple to host or join a room, play Duels, earn XP and a place on the leaderboard, claim a username and back up your save. Everything you did as a guest carries over when you sign in.
Cloud save
Your save lives on your device first and backs up to the cloud a few seconds after anything changes: story progress, ranked rating, XP, and ownership of anything you've bought. Sign in on a new phone and the app restores the newer of the two saves. Playing offline is fine after the first sync; your progress uploads when you are back online. A guest's save stays on the phone until you sign in.
Usernames
Your display name appears on the leaderboard and in duels. You can change it in Settings once every 30 days, and names must be unique.
Deleting your account
Settings → Delete account removes your sign-in, your game save, your leaderboard entry, and your identity record. For security the app asks you to have signed in within the last five minutes; sign out and back in first if the button refuses. Deletion is permanent - there is no restore.
