Signing in
The app uses a free account so your progress can follow you. You can sign in with an email and password, with Google, or (on iOS) with Apple. There is no guest mode in this version: the question bank, your save, and the leaderboard all live behind the account, so the first launch needs a connection.
Cloud save
Your save lives on your device first and backs up to the cloud a few seconds after anything changes: journey stars, ranked rating, XP, and ownership of anything you've bought. Sign in on a new phone and the app restores the newer of the two saves. Playing offline is fine after the first sync; your progress uploads when you are back online.
Usernames
Your display name appears on the leaderboard and in duels. You can change it in Settings once every 30 days, and names must be unique.
Deleting your account
Settings → Delete account removes your sign-in, your game save, your leaderboard entry, and your identity record. For security the app asks you to have signed in within the last five minutes; sign out and back in first if the button refuses. Deletion is permanent - there is no restore.
