The one rule
DeenOD is free to play. Every mode, the whole free question bank and the leaderboards are open with no paywall, and nothing you buy makes you better at trivia.
What's for sale
The Library sells more of what is already free: stories, new volumes of questions, party decks for Takhmin, Ta'reef and Naqsh, turn timers for every game, and a few themes for the app. DeenOD Pro is all of it, now and later. Everything but Pro also opens free as you level up.
Every purchase is a one-time, non-consumable unlock - not a subscription, not currency. Prices show in your local currency in the Library, and the same items are on sale on iOS and Android.
A purchase didn't show up
Ownership normally unlocks the moment the store confirms. If the app closed mid-purchase, or you're on a new device, open the Library and tap Restore Purchases - it re-reads your store account and re-applies anything you already own. Still missing? Email support@deenod.cc with your store receipt and we will make it right.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple and Google, so refunds go through them: reportaproblem.apple.com on iOS, or Google Play → Order history on Android. Either store's decision is honored in the app.
