In the app (instant)
Open Profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm. This permanently removes your sign-in, your game save, your leaderboard entry, and your identity record. For security you must have signed in within the last five minutes - sign out and back in first if the button refuses.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no recovery, and purchases cannot be restored to a deleted account.
By email
Can't access the app? Email support@deenod.cc from the address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We verify it is your account and delete it within 30 days, with a confirmation reply.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in (email, or the Google/Apple link)
- Your game save: journey progress, ranked rating, XP, and purchase ownership
- Your leaderboard standing and duel rating
- Your identity record (display name, email)
Bug reports you sent us are kept without their link to your account. Purchase records are retained by Apple and Google under their own policies.
